AquaPac mini waterproof phone case.
Hello AppYourMac readers, today I am going to review something a little different. In fact a phone case. Yes we know that phone cases are widely hated around the world, and are seen to be quite nerdy and most certainly uncool. But this case, by AquaPac, has a little twist. It’s fully, 100% waterproof! How snazzily useful is that? I gave it a few tests, to see how water proof it really is.
Now first, let’s tell you a little about the case, it’s fully waterproof, as you know, and, the best part, it works great with touch screen phones including the iPhone, even though it’s thorough waterproof plastic. The case it self consists of two materials, one is a blue translucent material with a camera window covering the back, the other, a transparent plastic on the front. The translucent, blue, material is much more pliable than the fully transparent material, making it far easier to press buttons on your device through it, it also looks quite nice.
So on to it’s “waterproof-ness”, it may not be much of a looker but it is completely waterproof, which I have said about three times over the course of this review and for a good reason! I cannot see any flaws in it, having tested it by submerging my phone under water for about an hour. You can even record and take photos through the case without the phone even realising what crimes against the laws of electricity you have committed! So that’s all I really have to say about it, and as you can tell, I really like it, and would recommend it to anyone who needs a waterproof phone now and again.

Great article. There’s also cost effective preventive measures one could take. iLoc is a great inexpensive solution for a waterproof case. Being a new entrant, they’re even giving away iLocs on their site at http://www.ilocstore.com.
